AGLIANICO CAMPANIA IGT

Ruby red color and dry, harmonious and velvety flavour, the
Aglianico wine has a typical undergrowth bouquet smell. Yes
Pairs well with savory soups, white and red meats, cheeses
tasty, game. It should be served at a temperature of 16° – 18°.
Production area:
Chianche, in the Aglianico production area, with land located
at an altitude of 400/450 m. msl . Particularly
suitable for viticulture.
Grape variety:
Aglianico: 100%.
Farming system:
The cultivation method of the vineyards is radial in the Avellino style,
conducted with an integrated agriculture method. Production
per hectare is 90/100 quintals.
Winemaking:
Manual collection and placement in plastic boxes max
weighing 22 kg, carried out in the second half of October. Crushing-destemming,
followed by maceration in steel tanks
stainless steel, at a controlled temperature of 23° – 25° for a duration of
15/20 days. Racking and slow fermentation always in tanks
of steel.
Characteristics:
Lively red colour, intense, ethereal bouquet. Dry flavour
and vinous.
Pairings:
Meat-based dishes, roasts, game and cheeses. It must be served
at room temperature.
